Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and performance of our network infrastructure.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the overall security posture of the organization's network infrastructure;
• Implement and troubleshoot network configurations and security policies;
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to network security and performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements;
• Develop and maintain documentation of network architecture, security policies, and procedures.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in network security and infrastructure support;
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
