We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. • What are you going to do?
• Continuous monitoring of security events
• Initial triage of alerts and incident response
• Use of SIEM and security platforms for monitoring
• Analyzing alerts to identify false positives and real threats
• Following defined procedures to respond to incidents
• Escalating complex incidents to higher-level analysts (Tier 2/3)

What are we looking for?

• Technical knowledge (mandatory):
• Minimum 1 year of experience with SIEM tools and other security monitoring platforms
• Ability to analyze alerts and distinguish between false positives and real threats
• Familiarity with incident response procedures (e.G., blocking malicious IPs)
• Ability to escalate complex incidents to higher-level analysts (Tier 2/3)

• Technical knowledge (desirable):
• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Familiarity with SIEM solutions
• Ability to follow incident response playbooks
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications

• Personal skills:
• Good oral and written communication in Portuguese and English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement
