About the Role

We are seeking a Junior IT Risk Specialist who will be based in Porto.

  • This professional will be part of a team ensuring the Third Party IT Risk Management (TPTRM) deployment including Cloud solutions.
  • Job Main Activities:
  • Coordinating Cloud solutions' assessment related deliverables.
  • Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders.
  • Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in the Group Tool regarding IT Third Parties.
  • Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of COE ICT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:
  • Key Risk Indicators.
  • Obsolescence.
  • Shadow / Light IT.
  • Permanent Controls.
  • Risks related to third-party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions.
  • Recommendations follow-up.
  • Historical Incidents.
  • Mandatory Skills Requested for This Position:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise).
  • ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience.
  • ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable.
  • Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated.
  • Very good Expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
