Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team in a strategic project in the aviation industry. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Services – Risk & Compliance team, you will support the implementation of our Risk Management and Compliance Program for Information and Cybersecurity.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, IT, or related fields such as Informatics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, or Information Systems Management.
• Solid experience in implementing and/or operating cybersecurity/information security risk management programs.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and PCI DSS.
• Experience in compliance and legal frameworks such as NIS Directive, GDPR, and aviation-specific regulations.
• Previous involvement in Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity projects.
• Ability to analyze, identify, and propose mitigation for cybersecurity risks.
• Experience in creating and maintaining controls, policies, risk registers, reports, presentations, and KPIs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
