Job Title: Cybersecurity Risk Specialist
This role involves assessing cyber risks, supporting ISO 27001 certification, and driving cybersecurity improvements within the organization.
About the Role
- You will collaborate with various teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate cyber risks, and support compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, ability to work in multicultural environments, and proficiency in English.
- Supporting ISO 27001 certification processes and remediation of nonconformities
- Conducting second line of defense security assessments on IT and OT infrastructures
- Identifying cyber risks and developing management strategies
- Leading cybersecurity projects and lifecycle improvements
- Analyzing root causes of findings and developing improvement measures
- Participating in project meetings and mentoring team members
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- The successful candidate should have:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISA, CISM are advantageous
- At least one year of experience in IT audit, security, or risk management
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, cybersecurity, IT governance, and related standards
- Willingness to travel and proficiency in English (C1 level); German and Portuguese are a plus
