This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with technical execution. You will work closely with business units to ensure the protection of critical assets, business continuity, and the evolution of our security governance model.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the definition and implementation of a group-wide cybersecurity strategy, implementing and managing security solutions, continuously monitoring infrastructure for threats and anomalies, conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, investigating and responding to security incidents, supporting the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and incident response plans, collaborating on security requirements for new IT projects, promoting internal awareness and training on cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, producing technical reports and risk dashboards, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
"," Required Skills and Qualifications","

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in complex, multi-entity environments. You should have a strong technical background combined with a strategic mindset, experience in both consulting and in-house roles, solid knowledge of security frameworks and technologies, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese.
