We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our international team in Athens, working closely with customers to advise, sell, and troubleshoot their technical issues.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, responding, and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting complex technical problems
- Assisting with pre-sales and after-sales support
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A native German speaker with advanced business English skills
Proficiency in PC skills and the ability to multitask with multiple tools
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
High reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of multicultural teamwork
