Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Cyber Security Support professional to join our international team in Athens. As the point of contact with customers, you will provide advice, sales support, troubleshooting, and product setup assistance.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, responding to, and resolving customer requests via phone, email, and chat. You will also troubleshoot technical issues, assist with pre-sales and after-sales inquiries, and ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native German speaker with advanced business English
- PC skills and ability to multitask with multiple tools
- A strong customer focus and willingness to help
- High reliability, adaptability, fast learning, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in fast-paced environments and be a real team player
