Senior Cybersecurity Service Manager
Licentiates in Computer Science or similar fields are sought after to join our team as a Senior Cybersecurity Service Manager. This role requires proven experience in managing services, executing and presenting compliance reports, and monitoring KPIs and service levels for each client in the operation of cybersecurity.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in cybersecurity capable of monitoring KPIs and service levels for each client in the operation of cybersecurity. They should also have the ability to present recurring reports to end clients.
This is a mid-senior level position that involves working with IT systems and ensuring their security. The successful candidate will be experienced in cybersecurity and have a strong understanding of how to monitor and manage IT systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage services to ensure they meet client requirements
- Execute and present compliance reports
- Monitor KPIs and service levels for each client
