Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity group, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user access rights and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.
• Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure adherence to security standards.
• Respond promptly to and resolve identity and access management issues and inquiries.
• Process requests for access rights in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform password resets as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with RSA and HID Platforms (MFA).
• Knowledge of Azure Entra-ID and O365.
• Methodical and rigorous approach to work.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage pressure.
