Are you ready to take part in defending critical systems and strengthening cybersecurity operations in a regulated environment?

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to join a proactive Information Security team, where youll help implement technical controls, coordinate security initiatives, and lead awareness efforts to ensure operational resilience.

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon (Amoreiras area), ideal for professionals who want to be at the heart of cybersecurity execution and decision-making.
  • Responsibilities
  • Implement technical cybersecurity controls and continuous improvements
  • Manage and execute security projects (e.g. solution implementation, vendor coordination, hardening, vulnerability management)
  • Operate and monitor cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR, MDM, and DLP
  • Conduct internal technical audits and support external assessments
  • Coordinate phishing simulations and lead employee awareness programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security best practices are followed
  • Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity operations or related areas
  • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and incident response processes
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
  • Professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English
  • Contract type Fixed-term or permanent (depending on experience)
