Job Description

  • As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic enterprise accounts. This includes owning the technical post-sales relationship, leading platform deployments and configurations, and conducting compromise assessments to identify potential security threats.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical post-sales relationship with key customers
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of our platform within customer environments
  • Conduct regular compromise assessments to identify potential security threats
  • Develop and automate workflows to streamline threat response processes
  • Present quarterly business reviews and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner with internal teams to inform product direction based on customer feedback
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and act as a technical escalation point
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to build customer capabilities and confidence in our platform
