Job Description
- As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic enterprise accounts. This includes owning the technical post-sales relationship, leading platform deployments and configurations, and conducting compromise assessments to identify potential security threats.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical post-sales relationship with key customers
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of our platform within customer environments
- Conduct regular compromise assessments to identify potential security threats
- Develop and automate workflows to streamline threat response processes
- Present quarterly business reviews and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with internal teams to inform product direction based on customer feedback
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and act as a technical escalation point
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to build customer capabilities and confidence in our platform
