About Cyber Security Operations
- We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in supporting various tools and technologies including Splunk, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace.
- The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to automate daily tasks using Ansible.
- They will also be responsible for migrating dev and prod teams to new Splunk platforms, building dashboards and metrics, and proposing improvements and implementing tools and processes.
- In addition, they will need to communicate effectively with both dev and prod teams.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Cyber Security systems
- Migrate teams to new Splunk platform
- Automate daily tasks using Ansible
- Implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Essential Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Cyber Security systems
- Experience with Splunk, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with dev and prod teams
- Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Ansible
- Knowledge of Java applications
