We are looking for aTechnical Support Specialistto join our team, with a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users across multiple channels.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our systems, documenting processes, and supporting our overall IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

As ATechnical Support Specialist, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

Provide multi-channel support via phone, email, chat, ticketing system, and in-person

Triage and manage the ticketing system efficiently

Offer comprehensive user support for a wide range of technical issues

Administer MDM systems for laptops and phones

Manage permissions in the wiki and ticketing system

Maintain office WiFi infrastructure

Create and update documentation in the wiki

Handle user account management, including onboarding and offboarding

Assist in maintaining documentation required for ISO certifications

Contribute to system administration tasks for Linux servers, Terraform, and Ansible (training provided)

Use various tools, documentation, and knowledge bases to resolve user issues or escalate as needed

Continuously improve troubleshooting documentation

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Willingness to learn about information security

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desire to improve and contribute to troubleshooting documentation

Basic understanding of Linux systems and networking concepts

Preferred Skills

Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge bases

Familiarity with MDM systems

Basic coding skills (any programming language)

Understanding of ISO certification processes

We are looking for individuals willing to work from our offices in Porto, Portugal (hybrid model).

Applicants must have valid work authorization for the EU - visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary Range

€16,800 – €23.800 per year (gross)

This is an indicative salary band, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and seniority.
