Job Overview

  • The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services, ensuring effective project management and strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Supervise the daily operation of cybersecurity services.
  • Promote continuous improvement of processes and services.
  • Manage technical and operational projects.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Guarantee compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in the cybersecurity field.
  • Experience with MS Windows Server and Unix.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Solid knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6.
  • Proficiency in DNS.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or advanced level) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
