Job Overview
- The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services, ensuring effective project management and strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise the daily operation of cybersecurity services.
- Promote continuous improvement of processes and services.
- Manage technical and operational projects.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Guarantee compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in the cybersecurity field.
- Experience with MS Windows Server and Unix.
- Strong skills in MS Office and MS Project.
- Solid knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6.
- Proficiency in DNS.
- ITIL Foundation certification (or advanced level) is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
