Head of Global Cybersecurity & Information Security.

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee all aspects of cybersecurity and information security across the organization.

• You will be responsible for:
• Driving and shaping the company’s Cybersecurity and Information Security strategy in alignment with company’s risk management goals.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide cybersecurity roadmap, policies, and standards.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and audits.
• Ensuring compliance with major international standards and regulations.
• Collaborating across company’s functions to integrate cybersecurity into the enterprise-wide risk framework.
• Managing the implementation and operation of security tools.
• Leading incident response processes, including investigation, resolution, and reporting.
• Continuously monitoring and addressing security events and vulnerabilities.
• Establishing and enforcing cybersecurity governance and compliance procedures throughout the organization.
• Promoting a strong security culture through effective training and communication initiatives.
• Overseeing third-party and vendor security risks to ensure they meet contractual and regulatory standards.

• Required experience and skills: .
• Good knowledge of standards and regulations including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, IEC 62443 etc..
• Extensive cybersecurity experience with a strong background in senior leadership.
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
