What does it take to be a SMART IT SECURITY ENGINEER?
✅A degree in Computer Science or similar technical background
✅Between 3 and 6 years of experience in IT Security, especially Identity & Access Management (IAM)
✅Strong hands-on skills in Active Directory management and user access provisioning
✅ Previous experience with ServiceNow , Linux , and SQL
✅ Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a strong plus
✅ You’re comfortable working with Excel and maybe even PowerShell
✅ Strong English communication skills (B2+ mandatory), and you’re great at explaining technical things simply
✅Experience supporting financial environments (Front-Office/Back-Office) is a bonus!
- What will you do as a SMART IT SECURITY ENGINEER?
- Manage user permissions and access rights via our IAM system (Sigma)
- Coach users on best practices in access management and security protocols
- Create and maintain business access profiles for key teams
- Perform level 1 access reviews and support yearly re-certification campaigns
- Support corporate applications by ensuring secure, least-privilege access is always the rule
- Collaborate with teams across Security, IAM, Finance, and Audit to ensure our digital front is always secure
