Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support for our global cloud protection services.
- This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, delivering timely and effective solutions, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure resolution of issues.

- Providing first-level technical support for cloud protection cybersecurity services.

- Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Technical background in cloud cybersecurity.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of network protocols and packet analysis.Experience with cloud security solutions like CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP.Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001.About Us
