Specialising in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software and Nearshore, we currently have a team of more than 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects in a wide range of technologies. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Analyst to join a strategic project in the aviation industry. You’ll reinforce the Cybersecurity Services – Risk & Compliance team, supporting the implementation of the Risk Management and Compliance Program for Information and Cybersecurity. The position follows a hybrid work model in the Lisbon area (3x/week- site). What we are looking for?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Management, IT, or related fields (e.G., Informatics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, Information Systems Management).Solid experience in implementing and/or operating cybersecurity/information security risk management programs.Good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.G., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS).Experience in compliance and legal frameworks such as NIS Directive, GDPR, and- specific regulations (preferred).Previous involvement in Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity projects (preferred).Ability to analyse, identify, and propose mitigation for cybersecurity risks.Experience in creating and maintaining controls, policies, risk registers, reports, presentations, and KPIs.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, capable of managing multiple tasks.Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.Fluent in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
