We are looking for aCybersecurity Analystwith solid experience monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats in complex IT environments.
Location:Hybrid – Portugal (remote with occasional on-site presence if needed)
Start Date:ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyzesecurity alertsfrom SIEM and other tools
Investigate incidents and support incident response and containment
Performvulnerability assessments,risk analysis, and reporting
Assist in the implementation ofsecurity policiesand procedures
Evaluate and recommend improvements in security infrastructure
Support compliance withdata protectionandregulatory standards
Collaborate with IT teams and third-party partners to secure digital assets
Contribute to internalawareness and training programs
Requirements:
3+ yearsof experience incybersecurityor a related field
Solid understanding ofSIEM platforms,firewalls,IDS/IPS,antivirus, andEDR
Familiarity with standards such asISO 27001,NIST, andGDPR
Hands-on experience withincident response,threat intelligence, andlog analysis
Knowledge ofnetwork protocols,vulnerability scanning, andcloud security
Proficiency in tools such asSplunk,Tenable,Wireshark, orKali Linux
Relevant certifications (e.g.CEH,CompTIA Security+,CISSP, orISO27001 LA) are a strong plus
Fluent inEnglishandPortuguese
