Your Role: As an Information Security Service & Project Manager, you will bridge security architecture, IT operations, and external partners. You will ensure effective execution of information security initiatives by driving collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:

• Develop KPI-based performance management for internal and outsourced security activities.
• ">
• Lead and coordinate information security projects from start to finish.
• ">
• Foster collaboration between Principal Security Architects, consultants, and cross-functional IT teams.
• ">
• Partner with IT application teams to ensure compliance with InfoSec standards.
• ">
• Manage relationships with key security vendors and service providers.
• ">
• Serve as a facilitator to remove obstacles and connect the right people to the right initiatives.
• ">
• Support governance processes to prioritize ongoing InfoSec activities.
• ">
• ">Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have relevant professional training, certifications, or demonstrated job experience in Information Security and Project Management.

You should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with core Information Security principles and practices.

A background in managing cross-functional projects is essential. Proven experience in service and supplier management is also required.

You should be familiar with ISO 27001 and NIST standards but it's not mandatory. Expertise in KPI-based performance management and experience managing external services are highly valued.

Strong communication skills in English are necessary for success in this role. A background in pharma or other regulated industries is considered a valuable asset.
