We are now looking for an ISMS Leader willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Are you the one?

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain global security procedures for the ISMS.
  • Manage the operational activities of the ISMS, including monitoring security indicators and following up on remediation plans.
  • Organize and facilitate the division’s Security Committees.
  • Conduct and oversee security risk assessments for business activities.
  • Support ISO/IEC 27001 certification projects within the division’s scope.
  • Define, deploy, and manage the security awareness program.
  • Profile
  • Advanced degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, ideally within a telecom or industrial environment.
  • Strong expertise in ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, NIS2, GDPR, and related frameworks.
  • Proven experience in security project management, audits, and certifications.
  • Deep understanding of network architectures, information systems, and security tools (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, etc.).
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate complex risks and design appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Excellent communication, training, and crisis management skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and rigorous, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2) - mandatory.
