This is a unique opportunity to build foundational infrastructure, support, and security capabilities from the ground up, in a business-critical environment spanningPortugal, Angola, Mozambique,andCape Verde.This position is On-site in Lisbon.
In the future, a Hybrid working model will be possible.Note: All applications/CV's must be submitted in English.Key Responsibilities**Lead three functional domains: Infrastructure & Support, Cybersecurity, and Primavera Support, managing their respective specialists.Design and govern a comprehensive on-premises and cloud infrastructure roadmap, including system hardening and zero-trust architecture.Select, deploy, and manage the IT Service Management platform (ITSM) and oversee appropriate SOC/SIEM solutions.Define and implement the organisation's cybersecurity strategy, covering governance, policies, awareness programs, and incident response protocols.Develop the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans, and coordinate regular testing cycles.Negotiate and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality of Service (QoS) metrics; provide monthly performance reporting to executive leadership.Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC *****, internal audit requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks.Requirements For The Role8+ years of experience in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, including 3+ years in team or project leadership.Strong command of ITIL, project management, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), networking, IT security, and disaster recovery.Experience with security and regulatory frameworks such as ISO *****, NIS2, DORA, and GDPR.Fluent in Portuguese and EnglishMust be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for PortugalWhat We Offer At Keyrus PortugalMeal allowance of €8.32 per dayFlexible benefits optionPrivate Medical Insurance22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days)Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) PlatformWhy Keyrus?
