Then apply at DACHSER and drive the logistics of the future forward with us.TasksBuild, operate and further develop the Security Operations Center (SOC) and its ecosystem of security toolsDesign and optimize workflows and integrations to automate SOC processesMonitor and analyze- related events and alertsDetect and assess security incidents and respond to them, including the execution of appropriate countermeasuresCollaborate closely with global Corporate IT Security and IT teamsContinuously improve SOC monitoring and incident response processesCoordinate and support projects within the teamQualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences or a comparable technical educationStrong knowledge of common operating systems, network fundamentals and IT architecturesProfessional experience in IT Security, IT Administration, Networking or a related fieldIdeally, practical experience with modern cybersecurity tools such as SOAR solutions or SIEM systemsBasic programming or scripting knowledge (e.G., Python) is an advantageIndependent, structured and analytical working style with a strong willingness to learnGood communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a globally distributed teamFluent in written and spoken English.
