What The Job Is About

  • In this role you will:
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Danish-speaking customers, ensuring lasting relationships and maximum satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calls and video meetings to engage new and existing clients, presenting cybersecurity solutions and adding value.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records and meet ambitious KPIs tied to activity and revenue.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders and guide customers through product inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Partner with internal teams (product, operations, support) to deliver seamless service and capture improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, leveraging your Danish language skills and interest in tech to explain complex cybersecurity services clearly and convincingly.

Requirements

  • You should bring:
  • Fluent Danish (C2) and strong English (B2) ability for international collaboration.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development or account management - ideally in technology, SaaS or B2B.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambitious growth targets.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills; experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Team-player attitude, resilient, adaptive to change and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
