Location: Portugal - Remote
Type: Full-time - Maternity Cover (10 Months)

- Your Responsibilities:
- Turn Vision into Reality: Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on AI-driven security and automation.
- Own the Backlog: Prioritise features that deliver maximum customer value while balancing innovation and operational excellence.
- Lead the Roadmap: Build and maintain clear product roadmaps that align with business objectives and partner expectations.
- Champion Collaboration: Work closely with engineering squads during sprint planning to deliver incremental value.
- Design for People: Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly experiences through design thinking and UX principles.
- Drive Decisions with Data: Define and track KPIs like customer satisfaction, support ticket escalations & adoption.
- Integrate AI & Automation: Partner with data science teams to embed machine learning and automated response capabilities.
- Engage Stakeholders: Communicate progress and insights to leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of MSP channels, automation frameworks, and their application in security.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Knowledge of IT channel dynamics and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
