QuantumNova is a cybersecurity software company building next generation secure access solutions for modern businesses. Our core product, QSP Network, helps organizations manage and secure remote access with centralized control, visibility, and compliance-friendly monitoring.

We operate in the B2B space, supporting SMBs and mid market companies that require strong cybersecurity without unnecessary complexity.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Sales Executive to drive growth in Portugal. This is a high ownership position where you will prospect, run discovery, deliver demos, manage pilots/POCs, and close new business. You will collaborate closely with the founders and technical team, contributing directly to our commercial strategy as we scale.

This role requires consultative selling ability, comfort with technical products, and the discipline to manage pipeline consistently.

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities in SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Run structured discovery calls focused on business impact, security risk, and operational pain points.
  • Deliver product demos of QSP Network with a clear value narrative.
  • Coordinate and manage pilots/POCs with customers and internal technical support.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Manage sales documentation and CRM updates with accuracy (pipeline stages, forecasts, next steps).
  • Support partner-related sales initiatives with MSPs, resellers, and strategic collaborators when applicable.
  • Represent QuantumNova in meetings, events, and customer visits.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (software, IT services, or cybersecurity preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling skills (discovery, qualification, value framing).
  • Ability to communicate with both executive decision makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Confidence running product demos and leading customer conversations.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken.
  • Basic to intermediate English, enough for internal communication and technical documentation.
  • Strong discipline with pipeline management, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working in a startup environment with autonomy.
  • Availability to travel, within Portugal and occasionally internationally, depending on customer needs, events, and partner opportunities.
  • NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, remote access solutions, VPN alternatives, or network security tools.
  • Experience with MSPs, resellers, or channel partnerships.
  • Familiarity with MFA, IAM fundamentals, Active Directory, access policies, and audit/reporting requirements.
