As a Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in cybersecurity and enterprise identity solutions. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, installing, and maintaining advanced IAM systems, ensuring secure and efficient access governance for global organizations.

  • Your main responsibilities:
  • Configure and install Usercube and Netwrix Identity Manager solutions to enable robust identity management workflows.
  • Develop and automate processes using scripting languages such as PowerShell, CLI, and REST APIs to streamline access governance tasks.
  • Integrate IAM platforms with connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, and ERP systems for seamless identity synchronization.
  • Manage SQL Server (2016+) databases supporting IAM infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and monitor access governance, IAM, and IGA policies to enforce compliance and security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable identity solutions in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity management issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • You're ideal for this role if you have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Usercube/Netwrix platforms, including configuration, connectors, and scripting.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, CLI, and working with REST API integrations.
  • Experience with SQL Server Administration (2016+).
  • Background in access governance, IAM, or IGA environments.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, and ERP systems integration.
  • It is a strong plus if you have:
  • Certifications related to IAM or cybersecurity.
  • Experience working in multinational or enterprise environments.
  • Language Required for the role:
  • Fluent English command, both spoken and written.
