At Lùkla, we partner with major European organisations operating in highly regulated and business-critical environments.
We are looking for a Senior Application Security Expert to act as a group-level reference for Application Security within an international cybersecurity team. This role is not execution-heavy ; it is focused on guidance, governance and technical leadership , working closely with development teams and security stakeholders.
Location : Lisbon or Porto (hybrid)
- What you’ll do
- Guide teams on Secure SDLC and Application Security best practices
- Support vulnerability management and risk prioritisation
- Contribute to AppSec governance , standards and guidelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support reporting and KPIs to assess AppSec maturity
- What we’re looking for
- Strong background in Application Security in software environments
- Solid understanding of Secure SDLC (end-to-end) and shift-left
- Experience with secure design, application architecture and CI / CD
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
