Technical Security Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, risk analysis, and technical security reviews? Then this position is for you.

As a Technical Security Analyst, you will join a Group-level Cyberdefense organization and contribute to strengthening the overall security posture by analyzing security reviews and ensuring effective remediation across multiple entities.

Build Side

  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity review and remediation processes:
  • Analyze technical security review reports (pentests, Redteam exercises, technical audits)
  • Identify critical vulnerabilities and systemic weaknesses
  • Assess the relevance of technical findings and formulate clear, actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to security governance reporting and risk consolidation
  • Participate in the evolution of methodologies, tools, and review processes
  • Support harmonization of security practices across entities

Run Side

  • You will ensure effective follow-up and coordination of security remediation activities:
  • Support entities in understanding security findings and their impact
  • Review, challenge, and monitor remediation action plans
  • Analyze technical evidence (logs, configurations, scans, security artifacts)
  • Track remediation progress, identify blockers, and escalate when necessary
  • Prepare structured reporting for different governance levels
  • Coordinate review lifecycle phases: scoping, kickoff, restitution, and follow-up

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding cybersecurity environments (pentesting, Redteam, SOC, incident response, or security assessments).

You enjoy analyzing complex technical topics, working across teams, and translating security risks into clear insights for decision-makers. You are looking for an environment where expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

Technical Skills

  • This is your expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of attack techniques and threat frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, exploitation, post-exploitation)
  • Proven experience analyzing Pentest and Redteam reports
  • Solid understanding of security requirements:
  • IAM / PAM
  • Monitoring and logging
  • System and application hardening
  • Secure architectures
  • Patch and vulnerability management
  • Ability to analyze and challenge technical evidence (logs, configurations, scans)
  • Strong capacity to simplify complex technical topics
  • Languages
  • English: C1
  • French: is a plus
