We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert to join the Oney Team. This is a mission that demands commitment, strategic vision, and strong technical leadership in protecting our digital ecosystem.
- What are the responsabilities?
- Develop and maintain the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and security standards.
- Lead risk assessments, security maturity evaluations, and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).
- Advise leadership on cyber risks, emerging threats, and strategic mitigation priorities.
- Oversee threat intelligence, monitoring, detection, and incident response (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
- Lead complex incident investigations and coordinate remediation actions with internal and external teams.
- Design and validate secure architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Oversee secure development lifecycle (SDLC) and application security best practices.
- Manage vulnerability management programs, penetration testing cycles, and Red/Blue Team exercises.
- Integrate fraud intelligence and support fraud prevention strategies.
- Mentor analysts and engineers, promoting a culture of security across the organization.
- What are we looking for?
- 7-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty.
- Deep expertise in network security, cloud security (Azure/AWS), identity and access management, endpoint protection, and threat monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of secure architecture principles, cryptography, and threat modeling.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical risks into business language.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience managing external vendors and cybersecurity partners.
