We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst / Specialist to protect organizational systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, and incident response, with a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or suspicious activities
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and alerts
• Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements
• Prepare security reports and maintain documentation

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
• Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and threat analysis
• Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Understanding of vulnerability management and incident response processes
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
