We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global cybersecurity services provider for a Cybersecurity Sales Director in Portugal.

This role will define and execute the commercial strategy for Portugal, leading an existing high-performance sales team and boosting the company’s presence across key sectors.

The company delivers a full portfolio of cybersecurity services, including consulting, auditing, monitoring, incident response, and technology integration, supported by a global network. The Portuguese team works closely with international colleagues and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Portuguese market;
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performance sales team, reorganizing where needed to drive results.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with clients and partners across critical sectors.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in front of large audiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Presales, Delivery teams, and international business lines to identify and execute new business opportunities.
  • Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales or technology services/products.
  • 3–5+ years leading sales teams, with proven success in managing and developing teams.
  • Recognized in the Portuguese market by clients and competitors.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales planning skills.
  • Experienced in managing existing teams and activating market presence.
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences and communicating effectively at C-level.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
