Work on Cybersecurity Engineering in a Global Environment!

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, cloud, and protecting complex digital environments? Do you enjoy working hands-on with security technologies, solving real-world challenges, and strengthening organizations’ security posture?

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join a leading technology consulting company, specialized in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity, working on high-impact projects in an international environment.

???? Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

???? Type: Permanent contract directly with the client

  • Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support cybersecurity projects and services across different environments and industries
  • Perform security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analysis
  • Design, implement, and optimize security solutions and controls
  • Support cloud security initiatives across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Contribute to secure architecture design (on-premises and cloud)
  • Support identity and access management (IAM) and security best practices
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts
  • Support vulnerability management lifecycle (identification, prioritization, remediation)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve security posture and risk mitigation
  • Contribute to security awareness and best practices across teams
  • Mandatory Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Infrastructure Security
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IAM, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Understanding of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
  • Experience with security assessments, incident response, or vulnerability management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Nice to Have
  • Certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, Azure/AWS Security, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud security architectures and best practices
  • Knowledge of IAM, Zero Trust, or DevSecOps principles
  • Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CI/CD)
  • Exposure to security monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, etc.)
  • Fluency in Portuguese
