Ferring+You

Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive analytics strategies by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business operations and data-driven decision making across the global commercial organizations. Ensure standardization where required and allow for local adaptation as needed. Build the bridge between commercial and IT in order to define and deploy the right KPIs to measure strategy implementation. Enable the organisation to achieve superior business results in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and company growth by utilizing internal and external data in value-adding ways to generate competitive advantage.​

  • Your day at Ferring
  • Spearhead the way for value-adding usage of data for in market products. This will be a transformation spanning across the commercial, affiliate and IT organizations, including the evolution to self-service analytics and data preparation.
  • Champion value creation from the use of the organisation's internal data assets and the external data ecosystem.
  • Support commercial strategy development with data-driven use cases such as analysis of customer behaviour, opportunities to grow sales and optimize profit.
  • Build organizational Data and Analytics capabilities now and for the future in order to position the company among the pharma leaders.
  • Develop and maintain data models aligned with the stakeholders needs.
  • Ensure the availability, validity, consistency, and integrity of globally used data sets and analytics applications.
  • Work closely together with the Heads of Commercial Excellence, Digitalization and customer insights in order to contribute to a high-performing global operations team that supports franchises and regions in a pro-active and data-driven approach. Foster and demonstrate collaboration across the business and the IT Functions.
  • Support the development and deployment of the enterprise's analytics platforms for digital business and omnichannel marketing excellence.
  • Ensure that IT data supports commercial with the required architecture and infrastructure.
  • Develop user-friendly tools, training, and innovative approaches. Let the teams specialists propel the respective practical adoption within the business Lead, manage and develop the data management & advanced Analytics team ensuring quality delivery.
  • Develop the future vision of advanced data analytics within the company and pilot new approaches together with franchises and affiliates.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day management of the integration & analytics team, including staffing, budgeting and other relevant management processes.
  • Oversee the advanced analytics team’s successful delivery against the defined targets and priorities.
  • Challenge and oversee in a centralized manner the sourcing of external data to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • We are looking for a leader with strong analytics skills and making the complex turn simple.
  • Master's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience​
  • 10 or more years in data analytics, IT, consulting or other business industry ​
  • Passionate in leveraging data science, automation and artificial intelligence to drive value creation and meaningful optimization​
  • Having worked in a country organization or a start-up is a plus. The same applies for positions outside of pharma (e.g. FMCG)​
  • Previous experience in the data/analytics field required, ideally in an industry outside of pharma or lifesciences
  • Ability to work within large and complex organizations
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to adapt in a quickly changing environment
