General Description: We are looking for professionals with experience managing projects involving data scientists and analytics teams, who are passionate about leveraging Analytics and AI capabilities in order to impact the business and solve problems in Fortune 500 companies. This person will be responsible for interfacing with the customer and managing data squads throughout the whole life cycle of inception, discovery, implementation and deployment of innovative data products.

• We are looking for someone who has:
• Strong leadership in day-to-day execution and management of data products and services.
• Experience applying Agile principles and Scrum practices on Data Science and Analytics projects.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Digital Analytics or Business Intelligence professional.
• Passion for working directly with clients leveraging a deep understanding of clients’ industries to solve complex business problems.
• Understanding and clear communication of the client’s vision through strategic briefs and storytelling.
• Innovative thinking, an experimentation mindset, and a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Skills and experience in facilitating workshops for key executives.
• Experience in understanding the customer's business, their needs and helping to turn them into clear and detailed backlog requirements for our teams.
• Experience in scope management, sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Good communication, being able to understand the audience and set the proper tone to assure a clear understanding of the work (technical or non-technical), priorities, current status, and action plans.
• Good presentation skills to report status, discuss solutions and remove impediments.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management of data focused projects.
• Define and communicate project roadmaps.
• Lead and develop team members including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Visualization experts, Data Architects and Scrum Masters.
• Organize and run meetings with the business-side to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
• Support pre-sales in business opportunities collaborating with the engineering teams in identifying and validating data related hypotheses.
• Monitor roadmap execution across domains and analyze the product roadmap (release plan).
• Ensure the use of process practices and ensure lean principles are applied at all times (processes, org structure).
• Develop comprehensive client contracts, Statements of Work, and Change Orders, as necessary.
• Work with partners and vendors as needed to assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans, ensuring we provide high-quality solutions.

• Required qualifications:
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand, criticise and provide guidance on the solutions created by data professionals using previous experience, collaborating with other leadership, academia and business research.
• At least 4 years experience acting as a Data Scientist in different scenarios.
• At least 2 years experience leading and managing Data Science and Analytics projects.
• Experience in agile methods, software engineering techniques.
