Job Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and strategic thought leader to guide the definition and further evolution of Infineon's AI technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry with strong business and innovation acumen and be ready to make a significant impact. Key qualifications include:
1. A degree in Computer Science or Data Science or similar.
2. 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Data and AI, preferably with knowledge of semiconductor design and production, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
3. Outstanding knowledge and experience in Data Science and MLOps in the fields of ML/DL, Generative AI.
4. Extensive expertise in at least one of the following areas: leveraging GenAI for enhancing efficiency and fundamental innovation, applying AI and machine learning in high-tech semiconductor production, utilizing AI and ML for improving quality, or specializing in EdgeAI and TinyML for IoT and embedded applications.
5. Proven experience in software and deployment, CI-CD, and ML operations, as well as software/AI quality.
6. Advanced expertise in implementing ML/DL in productive environments at scale (manufacturing and R&D).
7. Excellent communication skills in English and German to communicate effectively across roles and functions.
8. Capability to comprehend complex interrelations and motivate others while building networks.
