- Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to power AI-driven products.
- Conduct data analysis, identify key patterns, and generate business insights.
- Perform EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) and feature engineering.
- Optimize models through hyperparameter tuning and comparative experiments.
- Oversee the full AI lifecycle, from data collection to production deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Mentor junior team members and lead AI-focused projects.
- Requirements
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and best practices.
- Hands-on experience delivering ML models to production.
- Solid understanding of MLOps workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with Deep Learning techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, PySpark) and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
- Background in recommendation systems or Generative AI.
- Domain experience in fraud detection, CRM, sportsbook, or similar fields.
