We are looking for a professional with experience managing projects involving data scientists and analytics teams. This person will be responsible for interfacing with clients and managing data squads throughout the life cycle of data products.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, Agile principles, and Scrum practices experience. They should also have hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Digital Analytics, or Business Intelligence professional.

We value passion for working directly with clients, leveraging industry knowledge to solve complex problems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to understand client's vision, and innovative thinking.

• Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management of data focused projects
• Define and communicate project roadmaps
• Lead and develop team members
• Schedule meetings with business-side stakeholders

• Requirements:
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
• At least 4 years experience acting as a Data Scientist
• At least 2 years experience leading and managing Data Science and Analytics projects
