Responsibilities - your mission
You will join a recently created team in charge of transverse activities in Quality for Customer Services & Cross-Programmes leading quality process management, quality standards integration, change & quality mindset, customer centricity, strategy, performance and communication. The Job Holder will contribute to increase quality footprint in the business by interconnecting & building synergies among the team transverse scope.
The Job Holder will lead the Quality Performance in Customer Services and Cross - Programme, and the internal performance of Quality Customer Services & Cross Programme organization. Complementary, current dashboards are using a manual process for which the Job Holder will digitize/automate them.
The Job Holder will be responsible to:
- Manage performance through facilitating stakeholders exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, recommendations in order to enable decision making
- Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance
- Prepare and lead Performance Reviews and key meetings including presentation pack preparation, lead the meetings, actions drumbeat
- Automate / digitalize performance dashboards
- Lead deployment of Airbus Operating System bricks related to Performance Management in Quality Customer Services & Cross Programme organization.
Additionally the Job Holder will contribute and/or lead other activities as part of the transverse portfolio of the team.
