WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business & Data Analyst, to join our Business Analytics team in Consulting Department.

As Senior Business & Data Analyst, you will be a key player in transforming complex business challenges into tangible, data-driven solutions. You will drive analytical process automation initiatives, uncover valuable business insights through data analysis, and champion the adoption of analytical solutions to address critical business needs. As a Senior Analyst, you will also mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Business Acumen:
• Ability to understand complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, analysing data to determine root causes, and designing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear articulation of technical concepts to business stakeholders and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Expertise:
• Capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications for data analytical solutions, with experience in data integration, data cleansing, and data mining techniques.
• Develop and implement analytical solutions to streamline reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes.
• Develop insightful reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, security, and effective data governance practices.
• Proficient in SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation, with a solid understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Experienced in designing and implementing efficient data structures to support reporting and analysis needs, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Qualifications & Accreditation:
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, Economics or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in business and data analysis, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering data-driven solutions.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Microstrategy).
• Experience with analytical process automation tools and techniques (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku, Knime, Power Automate) are a plus.
• Experience in developing and analysing solutions using SQL scripts.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (GCP, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku) are highly advantageous.
