• We are seeking a Master Data Analyst (m/w/d) located in Porto, Portugal.
• How you will make a difference @ FARO
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Data Model and ensure its alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop data models that align with enterprise data management practices and business objectives; mentor junior team members.
• Design complex data models for reporting and analytics that align with business and regulatory requirements and optimize performance.
• Develop detailed metadata for regulatory submissions, analyze and resolve data quality issues.
• Lead the identification and resolution of data issues within the organization, and mentor junior team members.
• Lead projects to create a record of reference systems for key enterprise data.
• Lead efforts to define business data requirements and develop standard enterprise data policies, standards, procedures, and metadata naming conventions.
• This position requires
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or data management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated complete and full knowledge and experience of data modeling concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience in designing complex data models for reporting and analytics.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data quality management.
• Experience in leading data analysis and issue resolution.
• Excellent documentation and organization skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
