We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Customer Intelligence department of a client in the banking sector. If you have Databricks experience and are seeking a new challenge, this could be the right opportunity for you!

• Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions;
• Develop Machine Learning models focused on segmentation, customer retention, and digital personalization;
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize models to ensure their applicability and business impact;
• Implement best practices in Data Science, driving efficiency and innovation;
• Identify opportunities for applying Data Science in banking use cases;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic projects.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science (preferably in the banking sector);
• Proven experience with Databricks and Machine Learning model development;
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL/SAS, and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus);
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and strong communication skills;
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
