- Responsibilities:
- Collection, analysis and challenge of business needs with animation of
- workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Writing requirements and user stories
- Participation in the design of the People Repository (screen models, user
- paths, data mappings, etc.)
- Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform
- Close collaboration with the IT teams (developers, service center, test center) and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations
- Contribution to tests (strategy, test cases, test campaigns, analysis of
- anomalies, etc.)
- Contribution to the drafting of operating procedures, user guides
- Active contribution to all agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint
- review, daily meeting)
- > Propose optimizations and efficiency gains.
- You must have:
- A good knowledge of Data Business
- A first experience as Data Functional Analyst
- A first experience in Data Models and BI environment is a plus
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them to IT
- Fluency in English
- Portuguese residency and eligibility to work.
- Availability to go twice a week to the office.
