Job Title: Data Scientist and Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist and Analyst to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends;

Skills and Qualifications:

  • To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Solid knowledge of financial products and market data;
  • Proven experience in IT Business Analysis or Analytics;
  • Knowledge of mathematics and statistics;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Python and R are a plus);
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
  • Proficiency in English;
