Your Mission
As the Global Data Technology Senior Manager, your mission is to lead the evolution of our data landscape, optimize data pipelines, and foster a data-driven culture that fuels business growth and efficiency. You will drive innovation, ensure scalable data architectures, and empower teams to make data-driven decisions that enhance business performance.
- What You'll Do
- Lead Innovation: Develop and implement a strategic data approach that delivers scalable, efficient, and high-performing data systems that meet the business needs.
- Ensure Data Landscape Governance: Establish governance frameworks to orchestrate evolution and promote resilience, data security, and compliance.
- Manage Platforms & Vendors: Oversee data platforms and vendor relationships, ensuring the right technologies drive innovation and efficiency.
- Optimize Data Pipelines: Implement, manage and enhance data pipelines for seamless data flow that enable real-time, informed decision-making.
- Develop Data Capabilities: Equip teams with the tools, knowledge, and mindset needed to make data a cornerstone of strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to make data accessible, actionable, and valuable for solving key business challenges.
- Who You Are
- A strong leader with track record in managing and motivating high-performing
- teams.A strategic thinker who thrives in large, complex organizations and is passionate about continuous innovation and improvement.
- Possess a deep understanding of data governance and security best practices and how they are applied in practice.
- A 7-10 years experienced professional in data technology, with expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL, BI tools, and Data Visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Teradata, SAP Business Objects, or QlikSense is a plus.
- A gradutated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
