???? We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer!

???? About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our international and multicultural team at Bridge351. If you love solving complex business problems with AI and data, this might be the perfect role for you!

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to address complex business challenges;

???? Build robust data pipelines to support AI use cases;

???? Collaborate closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to develop and deploy models;

???? Explore and analyze data to extract actionable insights;

???? Contribute to the evolution of our MLOps framework, ensuring high-quality and reliable product delivery.

✅ What we’re looking for:

???? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field;

???? Fluency in both Portuguese and English is important for this role;

???? Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;

???? Strong proficiency in Python and Spark;

???? Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow;

???? Databricks knowledge is a plus;

???? Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP;

???? Problem-solving mindset with a focus on value delivery and continuous learning.
