Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Data Scientist, you will be responsible for generating value from data by identifying, driving, and implementing use cases in analytics across all value streams, regions, and functions. You will also provide profound business understanding combined with advanced data engineering and science skills to transform business questions into data-driven insights using languages like SQL, R, Python, etc.

• Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in analytical insights and data science, with a Master's degree in STEM from a prestigious university.
• Natural ability to turn concepts into computational systems and transform business questions into data-driven insights.
• Strong expertise in Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain processes.
• Expertise in data modeling, feature engineering, and strong knowledge of SQL, R, R Shiny, and Python.
• Solid understanding of data and system architectures and their role in digital transformation.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to effectively engage with technical and business teams.
• Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage projects and drive high-performing teams.
