Position:
- The role of Master Data Analyst is to support the maintenance of accurateand consistent data throughout the business. The role will closely work with teams in supply, production, warehousing, product and finance to ensure that the integrity of the Company’s central data is upheld. This role will require attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to use multiple platforms.
- To assist in maintaining the ‘Single Source of Truth’ for Master Data in Portugal and the wider business.
- To run the pre-validation process for Master Data on site in Portugal.
- To act as a Super User for Business Central (ERP system) for Portugal and to assist internationally where needed.
- To provide analytical insight into the local processes of manufacturing, and to provide reporting back of these insights to the local and wider teams.
- To identify and resolve data inaccuracies across the business units.
- To ensure all barcoding is done in accordance with the GS1 standards implemented across the business.
- Requirements:
- Ability to analyse data for insights and inaccuracies.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
- Experience in managing high volumes of data and multiple databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Portuguese and a good working level of English.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience with an ERP system such as Business Central or NetSuite would be an advantage
