Reporting and Data Analyst
Location: Remote in Portugal
Type: Full-time

Our client is seeking a Reporting and Data Analyst to join their team in Portugal. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Data Extraction: Retrieve, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Dashboard Building: Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Support Analysis: Assist team members with foundational data analysis tasks. Understand business requirements and link data requests to decision-making.
  • Report Preparation: Compile regular and ad hoc reports to support internal operations and stakeholder needs. Validate findings and collaborate with team members to explain anomalies or outliers.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Respond to one-off analytical requests from Customer Operations management and other stakeholders. Share findings proactively and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Economics, Business, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Proficiency in QlikView, Qlik Sense, and QlikScript/SQL.
  • Strong skills in Excel, with confidence working directly with raw data.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and language analysis models.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
